We know that sometimes it’s not easy to discuss financial matters. But at Gen 5, we do everything possible to make it as simple and straightforward as possible. After learning what your treatment options are, one of our financial coordinators will go over your options with you. If you have infertility coverage through your health insurance, we will make sure that you understand exactly what coverage they provide. In the end, you will make the choice that is right for you.

We offer many different treatment plans. Some involve initial fertility treatments that are simpler and less costly with more advanced treatments following, if those don’t succeed. Others provide for multiple treatment cycles which reduces the cost of each cycle. Still others involve working with third parties, such as egg donors or surrogates. At Gen 5 Fertility, almost anything you have in mind is a possibility.

Our packages offer several benefits. Based on the individualized treatment plan you have selected, you will be quoted a single fee which includes all services needed so you know, upfront, before you begin, what your costs will be. You can save significantly compared to paying for services individually which helps eliminate confusion and stress during the treatment process. Third-party reproduction approaches, including egg donation and surrogacy cycles, can be included in the packages as well. Multi-cycle plans are also offered in our packages. G5F accepts payments by cash, debit card, credit card, money order or wire transfer.

Our financing partners cover a wide range of services, including fertility treatment, ovarian rejuvenation, preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) and more. Once approved, any service you may need can be covered, allowing you to start your treatment right away with much less stress so you will enjoy a stress-free IVF journey.

Insurance Coverage

Many U.S. employers now include either partial or full infertility treatment and fertility preservation benefits in their insurance group plans. Many patients we treated at G5F have had excellent insurance benefits to cover infertility testing and, in some cases, their fertility treatment as well. G5F is an in-network provider with Blue Shield, Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, and HealthNet.

We also facilitate billing and reimbursement for out-of-network benefits. At G5F, our financial coordination team will collect your insurance information prior to or at the time of your initial consultation. They will confirm for you exactly what benefits your insurance offers. We will obtain any pre-authorization for testing and treatment you may need so your treatment cycle will start both promptly and smoothly. We are here to help you take full advantage of your insurance coverage.

Payment Plans & Discounts.

Payment Plans. Based on your specific treatment type and payment options, G5F may be able to provide support to selected patients with the option of payment plans. Please ask your financial coordinator for more details.

Applicable Discounts. For our patients paying a discounted global cash package:

G5F offers a 10% discount for veterans, active duty military personnel, and retired military personnel. Please note that the offer is only valid for the service member and their spouse/partner.

G5F offers a 5% educator’s discount on applicable treatment/cycle fees. This offer is only valid for the teacher and their spouse/partner.

G5F partners with LiveStrong to offer 20% off on applicable treatment/cycle fees to oncology patients and their spouse/partner. Please refer to LiveStrong for more details and instructions at https://www.livestrong.org/.

G5F also offers a 10% discount for returning cash-package patients for repeat/same-type treatment packages who originally did not purchase a multiple-cycle package.

G5F offers different discounts for uninsured patients who meet income guidelines for select care services.

G5F offers reduced pricing with 2 or 3-cycle IVF plans.
